Why am I seeing gaps in Segmentation report data?

If you are seeing a big portion of unknown data in your segmentation report, this is often a sign that companies in your CRM do not have a website. It is not enough to enrich contact objects in your CRM as Dreamdata relies on the Company object to enrich company level segmentation data.

It is also possible that the email domain of the visitor is not a company domain (for example: gmail or yahoo) and therefore cannot be linked to a company.
