Has access to all the features in the application (All dashboards, Access Management, etc.)

Data Manager

Has access to all dashboards and can edit data sources and destinations under Data Platform.


Has access to all dashboards. No access to Data Platform or any user access management-related stuff.


Has access to Journey's dashboards. No access to Data Platform, user access management-related stuff.

New users & accounts
  • A customer who created a new account will be an Admin by default.
  • A user invited to the existing Business or Enterprise customers will have a Viewer role by default.
  • Users invited into a Free or Team customers will always be invited with Admin access.

Only an Admin can invite new users and update user roles.
