  • Has access to all the features in the application (All dashboards, Access Management, etc.)

Data Manager

  • Has access to all dashboards, and can edit data sources and destinations under Data Platform.


  • Has access to all dashboards. No access to Data Platform or any user access management-related stuff.


  • Has access to Journeys dashboards. No access to Data Platform, user access management-related stuff.

Only an Admin will be able to invite new users and update user roles.

New users & accounts
  • A customer who just created a new account will be an Admin by default.
  • A user that was invited to the existing Business account will have a Viewer role by default.
  • For users invited into a Free or Team accounts, they will always be invited with Admin access.
