The AI agent makes recommendations based on your Primary Funnel Stages as setup in the Dreamdata Data Hub

The AI Agent utilizes the comprehensive view of the customer journey within the Dreamdata platform, capturing interactions across various channels, events, URLs, content categories, and more.

Machine Learning Model

The agent evaluates customer journeys at different funnel stages, training multiple statistical machine-learning models to distinguish between successful and unsuccessful progressions. Identifying patterns and correlations between these behavioural touchpoints and successful progression through the funnel.

AI Recommendation

The generative AI component helps to further refine these insights, surfacing the most predictive signals of success based on

You can tailor recommendations to emphasize different funnel stages.

  • Early-Stage Signals: This instructs the agent to prioritize early-stage indicators happening in the start of the customer journey that correlates with to succesfull funnel progression. This will highlight signals happening in the start of the funnel.
  • Late-Stage Signals: Alternatively, the agent can be asked to focus on later-stage signals leading to succesfull pipeline generation
