Setting up Agile CRM

Dreamdata needs to connect to your CRM system in order to work properly. This is used to collect data on your customer accounts and link it to the tracking data, thus being able to create attribution to touches in your customer journeys.

It can take up to 48 hours for the data to show in the Dreamdata app once you successfully integrated it.
  1. On Dreamdata's main menu, click/hover on your name and then select "Integrations".
  2. On the Integrations page, select "AgileCRM", in the third row from the top, in the left corner.
  3. You'll need to fill out the E-mail and Domain name used for your AgileCRM account.
  1. The third and last field requires that you copy and paste your AgileCRM REST API-key. To locate it, follow the instructions below:
    1. Sign in to your AgileCRM account. Hover over your avatar-icon, in the top right corner.
    2. Click "Admin Settings".
    3. Next, Click "Developers & API".
    4. Copy the REST API key
  2. Paste the REST API-key into the Api-key field and Click "Enable".
  3. If you haven't selected a CRM system for your Dreamdata account yet, chances are that you might be prompted with the following question "Is AgileCRM your Primary CRM?". Select the option that applies for you.
  4. You're all set 🔥 It can take up to between 24 – 48 hours before data begins to appear.
